Unreliable summary, I guess? "On stakes"

could someone explain what is the joke with the "padded kimono"?  c2 pg13...

She's wearing a winter kimono (with more padding so it's warm) in what I guess isn't the right season to wear one in.

could someone explain what is the recurring joke with the "padded kimono"?  c2 pg13...

this is pretty good. thx for the scans!

How can he put their heads on stakes if the bodies turn to dust & Damari keeps eating them?

I like these types of manga, but I can't fathom why nobody has done scanlation work on Kujaku Ou.

"Putting 1000 youkai heads on stakes" sure is a funny way to say killing 1000 youkai.

Unless of course that doesn't kill them. Might be kind of awful to be a head on a stick for eternity.

Did that youkai he kill count towards the 1000 youkai heads on stakes?

From the wording I feel like it has to be 1000 specific youkai... or I'm just reading into it too much.

Loving the art
