God I really hope he's going to the Raader Peninsula.

Now he's going on a journey. All that's left is a bit of sex drive and a bike to become

Spoiler

You know ... thinking about this carefully,  GB (w/o the ecchi) may be a fair comparison for this manga.

Spoiler

this might mean his sister or Mary ... but considering he goes far away, this cliche might not work at all ...

Witches can teleport. And she even put a GPS-familiar in his bag.

...

"Minazuki Suu" have tendency to make tragedy manga series 90% of all time, yet we still reading it ...

and like I said, it's not likely if the loli witch will absolutely end up with him ...

real blood related sibling won't get paired anymore in modern manga / LN story ...

we like Minazuki Suu cause he also mixes good ecchi and funny moments, and knows how to add the tragedy without being sick by it. (but mostly the ecchi xD)

The same reason why Horror author bother to make complicated premise even if we could guess how the ending will goes.

Story ultimately is about the "journey between the start and finish line", not "the ending" itself after all.

I'll keep it in mind in case of another existential crisis .

No, it's more like Scooby Doo telling you it was old man Jenkins from the start so you spend half an hour watching the characters act like spastic morons.

Wait... She is his sister? Where the hell did i miss that memo?

It was in a past spoiler, according to that person, it should be around chapter 4.

...

1st chapter I think ...

It doesn't actually say that anywhere there.

Wait... She is his sister? Where the hell did i miss that memo?

...

BTW, all cliche I predict below comes from LN with harem genre ...

kinda surprised no Light novel for this series ...

Sheesh why even bother with the entire premise when the author makes it so obvious that the loli witch is the endgame?

If This going to be harem crap. Or the hero still keep looking for married candidate for 30 chapter without progress. I will stop reading

Point 4 is definitely not true because Tasen (The Soldier) and Sonia (The Priestess) is in the picture too.

Mary, Yuri's first encounter is entertaining to read.
Mary's pov is realistic because he sounds like he wants to harm her by bringing her to a secluded place and therefore, Mary being rational, will try to protect herself. Mary let Yuri down gently and didn't criticize his social awkwardness openly, so that's a plus point.
She shows interest in Yuri after seeing Yuri's gentle side, like another day in a romantic story, to build up the plot, the heroine is charmed by the hero.
One part of Mary that is hard to like is her aggressively trying to date Yuri again. If Mary returns in the next few chapters, she's probably Yuri's chosen one. I will suspect her for exposing Yuri's identity so that no one can fall for Yuri's actual self, which is a sound strategy. Who knows, this might be the story of Mary versus the world to get the Hero's hand in marriage but I highly doubt that.

...

well, there's a cliche : "the first girl you meet will be the ending partner pairing" ...

this might mean his sister or Mary ... but considering he goes far away, this cliche might not work at all ...

the cover gives me an eerie feeling, like all the girls will be yanderes.

...

not all of them I think ...

but there will be at least one of it ...

in cliche harem : 1 kuudere, 1 yandere, 1 loli, 1 "normal", 1 gentle / dere is pretty much standard lately ...

this whole chapter had me saying that "the burn is REAL!", she view people by looks and title alone, and all that bitching around on how lame the MC looks is just making me ROFL seeing how she looked in the end!

but seriously doe if i was her i probably won't try to contact the hero again...

She did nothing wrong.  Most people in her place would have reacted the exact same way to Yuri acting the way he did during the date.  It's not Yuri's fault that he's like that, but neither is it her fault for the reactions he gets.

I'm sure it's partly me already on board with the shipping

Would be awesome if all the girls that he has rejected (because Yuri is convinced that what they love is not really himself) worked together to share the pain of Yuri being objectified as "The Demon King-slaying Hero" to the whole world or something like that.

...

well, in this setting, there's always cliche of "special" girl ...

like :

1. Princess, which have trouble and MC save her (ex: being imprisoned, in war, or being poisoned, etc)

2. Druid, Super Mage, or even Goddess which MC save or just take interest to him ...

3. Sacrifice Girl, which being saved by MC, or MC save the village without killing her ...

4. Some inhuman type which get discrimination by human, like Furry, Elf, Fairy, etc ...

5. Heroine ? 'duh ... might as well put his type in too ...

6. Anti Hero (Girl), and actually try to make trouble to him or to make difficult his plan to marry ...

7. etc, etc ...

once in a while might be interesting to find bro as friend in his sole journey too ...

Probably one of the best execution and outcome of the supposedly lame cliche of "Supposedly Lame Guy save Girl and coincidentally revealed himself as actually Cool Guy".

Keep going Mangaka! I want MOAR!

Someone who hates the Hero is plausible, a demon princess maybe?

Could it be that that Vol.1 Cover is some kind of foreshadowing? O_O

Spoiler

Would be awesome if all the girls that he has rejected (because Yuri is convinced that what they love is not really himself) worked together to share the pain of Yuri being objectified as "The Demon King-slaying Hero" to the masses in hope for people to treat him more humanely, or something like that.

Was jumping out of bridge really necessary for move the plot or explain our main character that he isn't in fact empty? That was a unnecessary move from the author. Looking at 1/11, I hope he can stray away from such a unnecessary, generic situations.

"Jumping out of bridge"

"generic situations"

Wut?

Spoiler

...

okay, that's one ... gotta get more as he get around ... =x= ...

I think I notice the "formula" in this story ...

he get around a girl, the girl don't notice or don't have feeling to him, but in the end they will fall in love and try to hunt him around, yet he already gone to other place ... some kind of Eat-Man syndrome perhaps ... (In Eat-Man case it's even cruel, MC is immortal and most girl NEVER meet him anymore ... at least in this manga, the girls can still meet him latter)

I get strange feeling, the sister put that weird animal to spy him or something ...

(she is mage, so it won't be surprise if she actually can do that)

BTW, tankubon reach vol 3 and it seems till get continued ...

the most thing amazed me, is the amount of page which each chapter give ...

almost 60 page, that's insane amount even for monthly release ...

Man, under all the humor and stuff, this is seriously depressing.

The guy is honestly trying his best, but lifetime of being treated as an object to defeat the evil demon lord rendered him unable to even express himself like a human being.

And no matter what happens, 95% of women will never love him for who he is, but for his "accomplishment". It's like a world-famous artist or celebrity trying to find love, and not just another money-hungry gold digger (male or female). His best bet would be either someone who hates or is neutral towards the Hero, or someone of similar renown/influence.

Someone who hates the Hero is plausible, a demon princess maybe?

Sorry to you guys who cheer for the mage but...

Spoiler

And who decides it isn't though the story might end up like this

Spoiler

The main MC reminds me of Inaho from Aldnoah Zero. And if he is a high functioning autistic, or has Asperger's, more power to him. It would be nice if a manga or anime tackles the subject with maturity instead of just throwing it for controversy's sake.

On an unrelated note, I like how the asshole in the alley looks like the Hoodie enemies from Dragon Quest.

man i know what that girl's feeling

imagine the nerd and lame-o uve been dating was tom cruise or scarlett johanson and u reject the real them instead of the "famous" version of them

This pain... i get it

It's painful as much as getting hit by Truck-kun and sent to another world.
