Description: Three years ago, the world came to know of the existence of humanoid beast creatures after the government decided to stop hiding their existence from the world. It was decided that they would be integrated into human society, and thus the "Cultural Exchange Between Species Bill" was created. Since then, the cultural exchange program became a huge success helping many species integrate into human society.

Kurusu Kimihito is a volunteer (?) in this exchange program who has been given a Lamia (Snake Girl) named Miia to take care of. After spending some time together, Miia has fallen in love with Kurusu, which isn't a bad thing per se. However, there is a stipulation in the exchange program that prohibits interbreeding between humans and beast creatures. Violating this law results in a severe punishment for the human. Will Kurusu be able to resist Miia's advances and keep himself out of trouble?

I remember reading Monster Collection by Itoh Sei that Lamias also feed on human blood to survive

Mr 13 and 20 didn't look too happy about their lolis.

This is me. Literally me. No other character can come close to relating to me like this. There is no way you can convince me this is not me. This character could not possibly be anymore me. It's me, and nobody can convince me otherwise. If anyone approached me on the topic of this not possibly being me, then I immediately shut them down with overwhelming evidence that this character is me. This character is me, it is indisputable. Why anyone would try to argue that this character is not me is beyond me. If you held two pictures of me and this character side by side, you'd see no difference. I can safely look at this character every day and say "Yup, that's me". I can practically see this character every time I look at myself in the mirror. I go outside and people stop me to comment how similar I look and act to this character. I chuckle softly as I'm assured everyday this character is me in every way. I can smile each time I get out of bed every morning knowing that I've found my identity with this character and I know my place in this world. It's really quite funny how similar this character is to me, it's almost like we're identical twins. When I first saw this character, I had an existential crisis. What if this character was the real me and I was the fictional being. What if this character actual became aware of my existence? Did this character have the ability to become self aware itself?

Now that Okayado has mastered his fetish-fulfilling skills, he's polishing his comedic skills, well done sir.

Indeed.  MonMusu is two parts risqué, one part surprisingly good world building, one part "reality ensues", and two parts funny, stirred well.  The mix of slapstick and dry humor really nails it.

2 hours later, the ambulances wouldn't stop comming. After the matching party started.

taking in harem MC blood, don't they know that is instant love potion.

yeah, they are totally having sex in those rooms. smith is just acting so she doesn't have to deport people for following their instincts.

Soundproof private rooms? She definitely was playing dumb.

Hahaaa, it's been a while since we've seen Papi's 1-2-3 combo.

Some species only have females though, such as Lamias and Harpies. They require human males to reproduce, which begs the question of why they weren't more widely known until recently. Actually, where do all these species come from anyway? Do they live in our world or is there a portal to a different world somewhere?

Which kinda begs the question, why did some monsters evolved to need human males? That seems like a huge evolutionary flaw, I mean what were they doing before that huh? Just sitting around? I don't think so...

Centaurs kind of explain that, they find human males more gentle and lovable that the beasts to the point that employ human helpers to get ready. Centorea is already half human and set an example for centaurs.

Some reptiles and the majority of birds have the ZW cromo-some system, that means the males are the ones with two equal sexual cromo-some, exactly the reverse as humans, so the

human + extraSp couples always  will produce female heirs.

Lamias  did chose the warm humans.

And with harpies it's more an evolutionary talent than a flaw, how complicate it could get if a harpy had to find in her oblivious travel, another oblivious male harpy?
