This was absolute genius.

i don´t have words... symply amazing...

This is a masterpiece. There's no other way to describe it.

Anyone else reminded of The Silence of the Lambs when he visits the killer robot? Like when the investigator visits Hannibal Lecter?

haha of course it won the tezuka prize, it was by tezuka himself!

No, this manga was written by urazawa but based loosely on Tezuka's Astro Boy manga. In fact, textual was in the grave when this was written... but probably not rolling around: urazawa did this piece justice!

It's kind of tough to explain, but I think I feel sadder for the robots who are left behind than most of the humans in any of Urasawa's other works.

The irony is, Tezuka aimed for equality on all levels; Humans, animals, robots, cysts, ghosts, celestials, and other existing and non-existing beings

in that sense, Naoki-san did just that. No, he expanded upon one of the greatest series and he made it into something no mere man should just pass off.

I wouldn't dare question that Naoki Urasawa-san would be one of the top mangaka on my list.

Excellent, its definitely worth the time to read.
I cried at chapter 5 and 6 .Since I don't know how to make a spoiler warning so I have to leave it at that. This is such a great manga! But I'm not satisfied with the ending though. I don't want it to end either :((
I must say... I was able get so interested in the manga that I finished it one sitting o_O...
Definitely recommending it.
I read it some time ago, and it was way more than 31 chapters; so I think the manga is completed, but maybe the scans, or the batoto upload, hasn't caught up yet.
is this really completed i was just wondering the last chapter was a cliff hanger o.o?
awesome!!!!!!
Jeepers, this is great! Top notch, first class, highly recommended. And the translation quality is also very high, so no losses!
Wow! brilliant! From the description I wasn't really expecting much but the art is awsome and the story really interesting. Absolute masterpiece in the making!
Another thriller masterpiece by Naoki Urasawa, brilliantly recreating the sci-fi world Osamu Tezuka conjured decades ago. What more do I need to say? :D
As the less awesome then me dude said its epic.

in a word, epic. i wasn't really interested by the description, but after reading it, i can definitely see why it got that award. excellent art, engaging characters, and well drawn out suspense, i'd really like to see where this one goes.
