Hm, I have mixed feelings about this story.

I think it's partly the translation's fault, but chapter 1 seems muddled to me.

I had a hard time grasping the dialogue and thoughts, and wasn't sure if kaede broken up either him initially because he feels like a family/less excitement/too comfortable with each other or, was she afraid of long distance relationships.

The translation definitely could have been better.

Also to answer the comment below, 'what happened?' - well nothing happened really.

I don't know how they spent 3 years in a long distance relationship as pure and abstinent as the end of the manga seem to portray them.

I mean if both sides were that pure and slow paced, but clearly the guy wanted more.

So realistic? Idk, it could work if the guy was reaalllly patient. Kaede seems too reluctant, and after 2 years of dating, then another 3 long distance, is it that hard to put out?

I'm even asking this from a shy girl's perspective. 5 years should be enough time to go to the next level.

LBR, no matter how emotionally intimate you are, you aren't going to grow stronger without going all the way (unless you are physically unable to).

Not my favorite of Yoshinaga Yuu's work. Seems like her older oneshots were better. Her newer works seem to have lost that charm and pacing of hers that I liked.

I don't remember how many times I've re-read this manga. Not because I'm obsessed with it, but because I don't... mind re-reading it?

It's tender, sweet, and cute, with the right amount.

It's ok.
What do you mean, what happened? I thought it was really nice. Kind of realistic, but sincere and sweet.
what happened?
