the pun of a title totally flew by your head huh, friend XD
I see that the subtitle has been translated as "My Plain Self and an Odd Old Man", but... wouldn't "Jimi na Watashi" in this case be something like, "Jimi is me", or "I'm Jimi", especially since "Jimi" is in katakana, and the whole book is about Jimi Hendrix...
I just hate how stereotypical that scenario was =0\. That's the whole reason why I don't give two shits about his character(well, that and his delusional personality). I think it would have been much better if the main reason he was good was because of Jimi, then, when he left, he had no talent and fell flat on his face, w/o knowing the true reason. I think I could have sympathize with him much better that way.
He kinda reminds me of Matahachi.
I thought it was weird that the school was called Mitsubishi, but now it makes sense.
I can't sympathize with Jouji. He doesn't even deserve to have Cobain beside him.
The skull face dude close up scared the hell out of me. xD
jouji is the really piece of shit...
I suspect Brian Jones, Janis Joplin, and Jim Morrison show up since they're constantly brought up by the characters. If so then this might just be the hypest manga of the 2010's next to Jojolion.
No Shiori this chapter... I want my cute guitarist teacher with glasses mmm...~!
Damn, Jouji is a piece of shit.
kurt so moe
What a f***ing loser.
For some reason I thought that some mutated martian cockroach was gonna greet me in the next panel every time he said his name.
fckng screamed when i saw that second one holyyyyyyyyy
Might not be everyone's favorite chapter, but it certainly makes the first chapter make a lot more sense.
Does not care about Jouji.
Can we go back to Shiori please =03?
How can my grunge musician possibly be this cute?
Japan has a fucked up finance system.
No bankruptcy for one.
How can Kurt Cobain be so moe?!
Contracts don't just magically make you lose all your money, if somebody swindles you you can just go to court.
I'm sorry, I can't feel any pity for that loser of an older brother. He dives head first into the adult world blindly wanting to get famous fast. It's only natural that he'll crash and burn. The fact that he didn't even consider that it's a scam is proof that he's both naive and delusional.
Can the author cut the crap about needless suffering and overly dramatic missed opportunities? Jesus Christ.
Ah Sleazy, the eighth dwarf that the others prefer not to talk about .
