Only came here to find out if there was any news when hiatus would end. Feels good man.

Does anyone know if there is any word on when we get new Tomo again?

jun: been there done that (still not about tomo)

Running a marathon isn't that hard? And going from 3 miles run to 26 in only 6 weeks? Even in decent shape, I find that pretty hard to believe. I've run 2 of them btw...

Marine Corps Marathon, Washington D.C., 1992.  I had been doing 3 mile runs several times per week for the previous 12 years.  My time was three and a half hours.  I was never fast, I could just run for a long time.

Does it count if you walk it over half a day with breaks in between?

If you managed to complete it before the cut-off timing, I guess so.

So...anyone here who has actually ran a marathon before?

Average target for half marathon is 2hr. Those 200 steps only take like 10 mins....

running in a slope is waaaay more tiring than in a flat ground you know...

Well its Golden Week so thats expected.

Fumita is moving too. That's why we don't know when it'll come back (getting tv/internet can take a while when you move.)

Yes, at 36 years old.  It took me about six weeks and a lot of carb loading to build up from three mile runs.  If you're in decent shape, it isn't that hard.

I don't but as I mentioned in a previous comment I have a friend who runs marathons and triathlons near weekly during peak season and it doesn't phase him at all. He'll drive down to Dublin, do a triathlon, drive home, play some games, go to bed and go into work the next day like the whole thing was just part of his daily routine.

He's probably had loads of past experiences to back up his training. The more you do the easier it becomes; and from what you've described he's most likely completed hundreds of runs before.

Jun: "I warned you, bro."

Once with my old Judo club.

Never again.
I was dead for days after that. My teacher was a monster, he wasn't even very tired after this.

First time is always the hardest. After that, it gets easier and easier, which may explain why your teacher wasn't as fazed as you.

RIP Senpai.

Manga needs a Mind Break tag now...

half a marathon is two hours and that's the turn around point. they then proceed to run back the same distance, on top of doing those 200 steps up and down.

Marathon is 42 km. To the bridge and back is half marathon..

I almost forgot Jun used to be an indoors kid...

Spoiler

Oh so he got to keep his shirt. Good for him, I guess!

Spoiler

RIP Senpai.

But he only run 9km per day.

9.8 for one way, so almost 20km as "warm up"

Now if Fluff senpai starts doing 100 push ups,100 situps and 100 squats as well....

Hmm...

Fluff is gonna get destroyed by senpai (like that extra that someone made of Jun and Mizusu)

ps: someone remembers that other guy that was friend of Jun and tried to flirt with demon queen?

But he only run 9km per day.

Will Fluffy still want him if he's bald? Hmmm...
