At least we got two chapters. More, if it's able to move.

Don't worry it is still able to move, as it will continue on a new magazine, which i forgot the names of, sorry.

Pretty cool start for a spin-off.

I wonder why no one has mentioned this before and I can't shake this feeling off but everything reminds me of KickAss ( ・ω・)

The artist did a really good job emulating the original's art style.

Such a great start. I even liked it more than Hero Academia's first chapter.

Is that the Japanese Midnighter?

*punks get beat up by old guy checking them for drug use*
*suspicious man offers them drugs afterwards*

Tune in next time to see our young heroes fail miserably at deductive reasoning!

These vigilantes are more like the Heroes Stain respected than anything.  It's a shame how broken the hero system is in the BnHA world.

Instead of broken, I see it more like it's outdated.  I mean disregarding the flaming jerk known as Number 2, they do have a rather decent record.  Heck, like Todoroki said himself, even No 2 gets the job done pretty good.

For something really broken I can't help but think of One-Punch Man.  I barely perused it and even I can see it's shattered 6 ways to Sunday.

Illegal substance boosting magical special skills... What is wrong with this trope and spin-offs? It's ok for know. But villains are terribly flat.

But with promising allies like these, who'll need enemies?

Excellent first chapter. If Deku was the chosen hero (and also earned it) then this MC truly is the definition of random mob. I like the contrast between them.

I'm liking what I'm seeing so far.

Spoiler

Who could that be?

A nice, although somewhat generic, start to a hopefully long series. Looking forward to more and thanks Jaimini's Box for translating!

When i first hear about this spin-off, i thought it will have a much grittier and darker atmosphere cuz it will cover a life of vigilantes where they do heroics yet classified as villains by the law.

Oh, so this manga will have a dark atmosphere after all if chapter 1 is any indication.

I'm really interested in the relationship vigilantes share with specific heroes and villains. I think the interactions between them would be pretty awesome, but seeing how it's just a spinoff I'm not sure we'd be able to see them unfortunately.

While I assume it will have its own original plot and characters, seeing as the series is semi-canon, it's possible for more characters to cameo.

Could be good. Has potential even if the first chapter didn't really give me that unique vibe that MHA did or kinda tripped over standard shonen shlock.

Still, it's just one chapter. Will be interesting to see what it makes of the premise.

this guy needs to team up with Mumen Rider.

I wonder if Stain would approve of Knuckle Duster? The guy has the gust to be a hero but not an official one, and man that smile it seem a hero has to give always a smile.

I was kind of skeptical, but this is actually pretty good. Liking the parallel between All Might <> Deku and Knuckle Duster <> Gentle-man. Except the former is "Hell yeah!" situation, the latter is "Oh hell NO NO NO.

Artist name was wrong, it's Betten Court who did Ashita Dorobou, Girl Friend and Tokyo Girls Destruction.

This looks like it will be fun.
