Very enjoyable' thanks for getting back to this!

You can't be picky with your fate!

I've never know that Japan had this kind of screwed up animal rights law... but damn this manga is awesome, really touching. But those chapters about dogs are weak if you watched Cesar Milan show.

current treatment is to have a white light lamp in your office.

seems to keep people happy.

It obviously was SAD it was so obvious when they showed her apartment
Why dog?

that's why we tell kids not to touch strays.

but that doesn't help if you've already made your own pet just as poor as a stray...

This is me waiting for an update!

i think we've heard ryouto's age before? but i can't remember for sure, i might have just assumed his age based on stories about the rest of his family.

not only is he evil, he's also old enough that nobody will try to stop him.

a great character.

The elephat arc is the first time we find out Ryouto's canon age, is it?

you don't give a horse cold water after a race, so why try giving it to an elephant who's never even tasted freezing water.

sensitve tooth. or cavatie

Think so too. When I had a bad tooth I hated to rinse my mouth with cold water cause it hurt real bad.

Who wants ice-cream in the winter... Not very many people the elephant probably doesn't want ice water in the winter

Also I love winter ice-cream

Or maybe he just doesn't like cold water since elephants are tropical animals to begin with? I dunno lol.

sensitve tooth. or cavatie

Something like that would make sense.

My current guess is that he just heated the water to help the gums (or whatever the source of irritation is) to be able to relax while drinking.

sensitve tooth. or cavatie

yeah! release time..thanks so much!

I'm glad we finally get a chapter that actually deals with animals.

Hachibe's arc was terrible. Blech.

Is that.. Ken Matsushiro from Yakitate?

Exactly, there's some decent play back and forth between this and Yakitate for references, such as the Brioche/Buri Wash scene Tesshou was reading in a manga.

oh shit. i forgot that Ryouto had a thing for Tesshou XD

Is that.. Ken Matsushiro from Yakitate?

and also this..

....Ever since the main dude transferred to that Hospital/University or whatever that place is, it became extremely less interesting & entertaining for me...& even more so in the last 5-6 chapters to the point of almost dropping it.

don't know if it's already on here or not, but can someone please explain all of the Detective Conan references?

That's not the only thing they've referenced, but it's because they were serialized in Weekly Shonen Sunday. They also some references to Yakitate!! Japan, like in an early chapter Ryoto was reading a manga and mentioned the judges reactions.

I have a feeling that it'll fail miserably
