Eita-kun is great!

Awesome chapter. That bastard got what he deserved. xD

Though, I wish Manaka returned more of his words back to him.

Also, it's "Harajuku", not "Harajiku". Just thought I'd put it out there.

Nah, Manaka did it just right. She spanked him like a pro and told him to get gud if he wants to hang. No need to waste more words on a trend poseur like him, and to those who heard what she told him, they got good advice and might use it to improve.

I like it the first time she did it, and beating someone with one small creature still rocks. Manaka best girl!

Yeah, that's a mistake on my part. The Kanji for Harajuku can be read Harajiku, except for the Harajuku they referred to. Both are place names that do occur, different readings of the same Kanji.

Rereading from Chapter 1, I realized something.

Spoiler

(just some theory about colors)

Btw, the idol at the first chapter seemed to be set-up to be Manaka's main rival, isn't she? Like the "Big Boss".

Tempo, the archetype you are describing is UR Tempo.

Aren't Red decks usually full of burn and first strike/trample monsters?

Yes, that is the characteristics of red decks (especially the burns and first strikes). Though a control-aggro doesn't necessarily mean to have that (Actually, it depends on the player whether to have it more on aggro or control.).

Fuck reading this keeps making me want to play MTG. But its so damn expensive..

The money issue can be circumvented if you know at least one other person interested in MTG. You can just agree to play with proxies in that case. Alternatively, you can also do that if there is a local store/game centre with casual enough atmosphere.

By proxies I mean cards printed on ordinary paper. Prints can even be monochrome.
Of course, you can't use them in tournaments, or other official events, but this is fine since you can still play for fun.

And if you are willing to spend a bit of money, you can make the experience feel genuine. Just buy some cheep commons or basic lands in necessary quantity. Then get some card protectors, even the most cheap ones should be fine.
Now you can put your placeholder cards in protectors and insert proxies over them.

Yay, Manaka has friends now! And she got an enemy she can feel happy about beating!
...I'm guessing this is where she'll have real trouble winning.  Also, this Angels rushdown deck reminds me of Blackwings.

I suggest online MTG. I think there is one as I remember seeing/hearing it once or twice.

The free one is called Apprentice(.nu).

She eats pieces of shit like you for breakfast. >=(

...I understand what you are saying, but you might want to rephrase that:

Spoiler

Don't get so worked up Manaka, he will just say you won due to luck again.
Also, 'Load of apocalypse'?

Just print the cards on regular paper lol.

I don't think that's just going to work or cut it. There's that time when we are play testing a deck and my friend lacked plain cards. While we could pretend one of the lands to be Plains and stuck a piece of paper in the card jacket, it doesn't feel . . . eligible? To point it simply, it just felt wrong. The other problem is to find another player willing to duel with you. Though I don't think that's a problem in this case.

Same author, it was more of a basic rulebook, that form what I know, was given away at some store. Google: "Koi Iro Magic"

Thanks, I'll search for it. :)

The asshole player uses meta deck? Why am I not surprised...

The new guy is annoying. I don't like him already.

Can't tell you how glad I am that people picked up this manga again!

Keep up the good work!

Man, why did the tribal player have to be a huge prick? That's my favorite deck type next to aggro.

Also, thank god, for once the sanctimonious bully in a manga gets treated like they would in real life. The characters just went "hey could you, like... shut up? you're kinda annoying," instead of some ridiculous seven page spread of the protagonists getting bullied straight into the shadow realm or what the fuck ever.

I have a feeling that if the trio is still looking for a conspirator to leverage one of their harassments, Eita would be such a person.

Why Eita? You really think he'd be part of harrassing the girl he likes? Or did you mean Uehara?

I have a feeling that if the trio is still looking for a conspirator to leverage one of their harassments, Eita would be such a person.

I'm so glad we have consistent releases of this series now. During that long pause, I was worried I wouldn't get to see what happened next. Thanks again as always for your hard work.

I can't wait for Manaka to kick that glasses prick's ass.

I'm going to die from overdose of WS soon, but that don't matter at all as long I can see this series complete.
