Don't ruin your appetite before eating.

Take something new instead:

Spoiler

To other news: volume 3 will be released 04/25.

So does anyone know where to get raws of this at all? I love the series but waiting months at a time for volume releases hurts.

Never mind, found Korean raws online. Thank god I can read Korean.

Now I want Ritsuko in black. The artist sure know how to draw cute girls.

Domestic KanojoLeek counts as suppository?

That was domestic kanojo? Uhh, I kinda forgot that's the little sister since I dropped reading it long ago lol. Did he finally bang the mom?
What I had in mind was the hemorrhoid manga since she kinda looks like the short haired maniac girl in that panel

I wonder if her Husband died from eating one too (two) many 'Burgers'.

...

I would love to die that way too.

It'd give the name "Heart Attack Grill" a whole new meaning, wouldn't it?

No? Alright. :(

I wonder if her Husband died from eating one too (two) many 'Burgers'.

HEY I KNOW THIS ONE!!! It's a twisted funny educative manga! Forgot the tittle, tho x(

Domestic Kanojo

Or Grand Blue.

Leek counts as suppository?

Well the panel does show Yamato walking right in front of said husband's altar, realising that he doesn't have a chance at the moment as Yakumo is still in bereavement, then leaves.

It feels like lingering feelings more than anything. She clearly likes Yamato. Some have said "Oh this is just a mother/son thing", but she goes out of her way just to see him when they have dined outdoors. There's more to it than that.

I think Yamato is really starting to like her. If she hadn't....

Since there's still a lot of questions regarding how she manages her daily expenses, I thought I could clarify this a little bit.

As someone who works with Social Security, which basically is a system that protects people who are insured by a general social secutiry plan.

Although each country has a set of specific rules, all systems share a common core, which are the affiliation hypotheses and the social risks that are protected.

The first is how you became insured by the general social security plan and the most common form of affiliation is to work for a employer/company.

The second is after some time of payment, if anything insured by this system happens, you will be covered in the event of disease, invalidity and old age or in the case of your death, your next to kin will be covered (order: wife and kids, then parents and lastly brothers).

Since this should be the case, her husband was problably insured by a social security plan that in the event of his death, she would receive a pension for the remaining of her life or some allotted time, depending on the terms of the social security contract.

I hope this helps a little. And I think everybody should study this, because if you are not rich you will eventually need social security one day.

all caught up now?

See everyone in April?

You mean chapter 45 of Nana to Kaoru? But it's not one of those. It's a pure love story.

IT'S BEYOND ME WHY IT'S NOT ON BATO.TO (hint, hint..)

Theres is also this. Just your regular love story.

Well, a couple other upsides to them are the concentration of blood vessels  down there (thus kicking in faster) and that the medication works more fully, due to your digestive system not breaking some of it down. Quite a few things come in suppository form; stuff for colds or fevers, anxiety, painkillers as strong as morphine, and even some mental health problems. Not really sure what else to call manga's fascination with it, though, besides just that, for the comedic effect.

Ugh, pharmacology, yay~

Interesting plot with her getting the cold. But what is surprising is her crying in her dreams...........likely something to do with her deceased husband.

Hopefully they delve more into that potentially good emotional conflict.

Also btw...........has it ever mentioned what does Yakumo-san do for a living?

It's hard to catch, but there is a panel that seems to show altar implements, so, yeah, probably has to do with her husband.

I think Yakumo-san has money saved up?

Yeah, but manga uses them for every disease, not just the GI stuff.  Detached retina?  Suppository!

Their main medical use is that you can't throw them up, so they're a good way to get any drug into your system if you have severe nausea.  But that doesn't explain why you need them to treat the Dreaded Japanese Cold.

...they are pretty fun to administer to your boy/girl/whateverfriend, though.

Had to take one myself a few years ago when I was having some severe gastrointestinal problems normal medicines couldn't address. It worked, but...it wasn't pleasant. <_<

I guess all our gushing is starting to catch up to her.

Do those actually exist or are they just another manga convention that is overplayed for effect?

Nah, they definitely exist - it's just another way to take medicine, after all. Had to take one myself a few years ago when I was having some severe gastrointestinal problems normal medicines couldn't address. It worked, but...it wasn't pleasant. <_<

Darn, she still misses him a lot.

I hope Yamato doesn't go emo thinking he's just a makeshift ex-husband.

Or alternatively, anal suppositories. You know, if you're reading one of those mangas. Or Grand Blue.

The dreaded japanese cold.

Can only be cured by a love interest making gruel or peeling apples.
