The premise reminds me of Dorororo a bit. Specifically, in the way that they're on a journey to recover body parts that were taken in some way. That's about it though.

A very interesting start. Hoping we get w flashback or something to explain what's up with aiai's face.

It's okay, I guess. The premise is commonly seen before. I'm guessing with pronouns there might be some gender bending involved? So for now I'll give it three stars. There's that bad English creeping in to a few speech bubbles. But that's some thing we deal with a lot in scanslations.
