The only thing I don't really like is the whole picture frame sword

Aaaaaaand time not to read this.

Thanks for the warning.

Yeah, so I'm not sure how this triggered his trypophobia. There's nothing of the sort here imo.

I love this so much but the first chapter triggerd my tryptophobia.

Yo no lie this kinda reminded me of a more softer version of Trigun

Interesting read, thanks for the translation.

Double post :v

The first chapter was solid. I liked it.

The only thing that didn't feel right was the heavy edgy dialogue from pages 44 to 52.

This is what I'd call tragically beautiful

Knowing Norse mythology, the name Loki keeps bugging and gnawing at me. :x

That depends, which version are we talking about? Original Norse Loki was actually a pretty respectful, respectable and beloved god of Fire and magic(he was even more known by another name back then). Although yeah, I get that most people know or prefer the nordic trickster Loki, causing all sorts of mischief but with no ill intent. Although some only know of Marvel Loki which seems to be a mix between the Nordic Loki and the evil Germanic Loki.

Frankly, knowing Norse Mythology, i actually prefer the original Loki, god of FIre and master wizard, capable of using runes to a level far beyond those of mortals and other gods. Which is where he got his "Shapeshifting" (It was only one of his spells originally) ability which made him into a Trickster god later on, most people nowadays know of either the Nordic Half-giant/ pure god(this one is controversial) or the germanic Evil Loki. Sad to see that the original Loki(which had a different name back then but was still refered as Loki by some) is almost forgotten.

So far the story looks interesting, although I personally would enjoy it if it veered on the side of exploration and discovery rather than combat and action. If I'm allowed to nitpick I'm also not a fan of Loki's design. The rest of the characters and art looks goos, but he doesn't gel with me (might just be the hair).

Great story, though the story took a strange turn when he hunted her homework doodles:

The first chapter works very well as a standalone one-shot, I'm very curious to see where this goes from here

Interestingly enough it was originally a different one shot that seems pretty disjoint from this serialization. So I'm very interested to see where it goes.

A little girl and her drawings. Everything brought into the world of humans, corrupted. ... ... ... it touches a nerve, this theme. I wonder how it all unfolds.

The premise is very interesting and tragic. I'm interested if this will simply confine to the promise or if something much bigger, and hopefully darker, will unfold.
