And on the other you have Syuhei, practically breast-fed by the piano as the son of a family of prestigious pianists. Yet it is their common bond with the piano that eventually intertwines their paths in life.

Thanks for sticking with it EGS, between Piano no Mori and Shigatsu I've really learnt to love classical music.

Yeah at last this gem finished .. thx to the EGS for their hardwork in finishing this manga .. really great ending and its more great if your read it while listen to the original play of the piano you know .. :)

*cries*

This was a breathtaking and memorable journey. Thank you Isshiki-sensei and EGS Scans!

FIN!

Thanks for bringing us this fantastic masterpiece, Eggcellent Scan crew.

I think I need a minute...or month...or a couple of years... *stares into the distance*

I know it's been years, but the end still came sooner than I expected. I, um... yeah.

Damn it. I feel like I just missed a step ;_;

oh man, oh man, oh man.

I was squealing and tearing up so much, and then all of a sudden,

FIN!

such a great manga! I'm sad to see it end, but it finished at the exact right moment.

Thank you so much, EG scans, for the consistent high-quality scanlations and for translating this till the end. Really, thank you so much.

Marking this as 'finished' really gives me a bittersweet feeling...

I join the many voices thanking for this wonderful masterpiece. Thank you scanlators for bringing this great work of art to us in the western audience as well!

Thank you for your hard work EGS. What a wonderful manga

Oh... someone's cutting onions again.

I really want to thank EGS for their hard work. Thank you for bringing this series to its conclusion.

All I can say is thank you to Kusunoki and the EGS team. Thank you for finishing this masterpiece.

Seconded! The obvious love that went into this project from the part of the scanlators (with the great translation and the extra commentary) is really touching and heart-warming, almost as much as the story itself – and I can say for sure that it made me appreciate MUSIC even more. I still remember (and re-listen to) Yundi Li's incredibly precise and expressive rendition of La Campanella, linked by Kusunoki somewhere in the comments below. I hadn't heard of that pianist (who, as the youngest Chopin Competition winner, might as well have been the inspiration for Kai). Listening to that piece really brought the relevant chapters to life.

And what a ride it was... I recall the day I discovered this manga, sometime in the summer, and how I went through more than 210 chapters within 36 hours. It was one of those rare manga encounters that you'd want to re-experience for the first time, if it was possible. After I caught up I was too exhausted to comment here – I slept, and dreamt of the forest.

So... thank you.

For those wanting to see the Mozart piece.

@kusunoki just to know, are there some extras related with piano no mori in reserve?

Unfortunately, no. It really is over .___.

Alas. The curtains have closed. Man, I skimmed through the raws when they came out, but... really is magical.

Also.... KROW.... I MUST KNOW WHO YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT.... Who did you almost ship....

Krow low-key ships AmXmiya and KXi lol

And thank you, everyone. It's been a pleasure to do this and your constant support and words of encouragement meant a lot :")

Bravo!

Alas. The curtains have closed. Man, I skimmed through the raws when they came out, but... really is magical.

Epilogue, I need an epilogue!!

This is the first time I've actually finished a manga I've read for over two years and I got to say, it really was a ride which payed off. Thank you EG Scans for keeping the chapter releases constant, every time a chapter released it made my day.

I love the ending, it showed everything we needed and left off also where it needed to. I guess now it's time to reread the entire manga.

Great ending.

All it needs is 1 more chapter, showing Rei run up to the 2 of them and plant a big, fat kiss, on Sensei's lips.

See 2 piano... hype & feels overload~

What a fantastic series. Thank you Isshiki Makoto for your hard work.

I don't know what to do with my life right now, but fuck if it wasn't really cathartic seeing that at the end.  Seriously a blessed series.  Some of the best writing and the most human characters I've seen in a manga.  Hats off to the Mangaka, his staff, Kusunoki and his scanlators

And hats off to my fellow fans.  I think I might go rewatch the movie, lol.

Thanks to EGS for scanlating this series!

Words fail me at this time.

All I can say is thank you to Kusunoki and the EGS team. Thank you for finishing this masterpiece.

Congrats EGS staff. GGWP.
