Psyche, a man born under a prophecy that he would be the 'Monster's Bride,' the one destined to destroy the kingdom, has been locked away in a tower and treated as a mere Princess. His confinement ends when Anteros (안테로스), the formidable leader of the rebellion, storms the palace and executes the tyrannical royal family. Psyche is rescued.
