Picking out user accounts
After defining the backup duration and backup rules, you will now choose the users for whom the backup should start. To begin keeping the deleted emails for the chosen group of users, click Enable Backup.

To allow retention for every user account, select Select all users.

The emails removed from user accounts will be preserved in the backup portal according to the backup period after you activate the retention and establish the backup policy. Depending on the backup rules established in the business, the spam emails that are automatically purged from the accounts will also be preserved or skipped.

Email backup is used.

When you have finished setting up email backup, you may use the portal's functionality to manage the data for your company. You may now modify the portal's settings along with adding new backup policies and enabling/disabling users.
