Monsters apeard in the city, people hwo were born with powers are called espers and they need to fight the monsters away or go into deungeons to fight them. If espers use too much of their power they will go bersek (exploded, rampage etc) guides appeard and they will help the espers by guiding him/her so thye wont go bersek (they will guide by holding hands, s**, kissing etc)
