It's a really absurd and cute romcom. Tons of wild gadgets and touching romantic moments. As with a lot of premise-heavy romcoms it has some stretches where it gets a bit same-y with her inventing a new gadget to affirm her lie, but the genuine relationship developing, new characters, and downright bizarre plot developments keep it fresh throughout.
This was one of the first manga I translated so you can definitely see a growth in style and competence as the chapters go on. That is to say, the translations for the first few chapters are kind of shit. I made downright painful font choices, I didn't deal with two page spreads well, and I made some really stupid errors. On top of all that, they're completely uncompressed pngs so be prepared for some unjustifiably long load times. While I'm still not the best scanlator (I ignore sfx in most of the chapters altogether), there is a definite increase in translation tolerability after you get past the first three or so chapters.
